Strojtex Dvůr Králové nad Labem ranks among companies operating with modern equipment and providing high-quality manual production, which is documented by establishment of ISO 9001:2000 quality management system and of ISO 14001:2004 environmental management system in the main production units. Strojtex is a dynamic company owning a valuable know-how, supporting development of new technologies and co-operating with significant customers worldwide. Strojtex is a successful Czech company, aiming at overall development on all levels, directed at comprehensive machine engineering in textile, automotive, power and construction industries.
Strojtex was established on 1 April 1958 as a state enterprise, whose purpose was to provide single-part production and small-lot production of spare parts for textile machines. From the very beginning, Strojtex has been involved in design and production of new equipment intended for jute- and flax-processing and for cotton mills. On 1 January 1992, Strojtex joint-stock company was founded, which continued, in the course of 1990‘s, in the successful traditional production of metal pallets, castings and textile machines and developed job-order manufacturing of machined parts, groups, machine sub-assemblies as well as whole machines. The company invested considerable funds in purchasing machining centres, CNC lathes, special machines for sheet metal welding including welding robots. The company‘s current organization structure consists of the board and company management.
The current production of Strojtex, employing 152 people, could be sectioned into several basic segments: production of machine parts and machine groups by precision machining and welding according to supplied drawings, production of own products, production of metal pallets including prototypes, production of transformer-cores (yokes). Strojtex success lies not only in professional competence of its staff in all production divisions, but also in up-to-date technologies including computer technology using design programs to proceed in continual development especially in the field of product innovation.
High technical communicativeness as well as use of modern technologies enable long-term efficient co-operation with significant foreign partners, especially in the area of development and production of equipment for textile, automotive, electrical and construction industry, as well as of handling equipment. For instance, we annually produce tens of thousands of both batch-produced pallets and special pallets for important car companies such as Opel, MAN, Citroen, Peugeot, Mercedes, Faurecia and so on. Our long-term co-operation is the proof of satisfaction of our customers.
